IFPA is underpinned by the Team at Hinckley

Underpinning everything that the Council do is the hard working team at Hinckley; Lisa, Kerry, Julie Neil and Jodie.

Together they form the dedicated core administration team who take care of the day to day running and organisational tasks that ensure IFPA functions as a cohesive organisation. Always on hand at IFPA HQ to answer your membership questions or give information to the public, they are your first point of contact; whether by phone, letter or email, theirs are the voices you hear or the responses you read. We are fortunate to have such an enthusiastic group of people working hard to provide an exceptional service to both members and the public.

As the office manager Lisa has oversees all the office Administration.

Kerry is responsible for the IFPA Accredited schools and tutor memberships, and when Lisa is away Kerry deputises for her.

Jodie deals with all other memberships, whilst Julie is frequently the person who answers the phone and generally helps the others staff as well as being responsible for the post.

Neil’s area of responsibility is looking after the accounts.
