What can I do if I am dissatisfied?

It is extremely unlikely that you would be dissatisfied with a treatment by an IFPA member. However, the Federation does have an easily accessible mechanism for dealing sympathetically, transparently and effectively with complaints about practitioners.

Simply write to the Chairman at our Administrative Office detailing your complaint, and it will be thoroughly investigated. If a complaint is upheld, a disciplinary process is initiated, and could result in a member being expelled from the Federation. Full details of our Complaints Procedure are available on application.
